Ask about your event operation using natural language inside Venco. The assistant uses OpenAI and supported platform tools to retrieve event information or prepare changes. It is currently restricted to super admins; it is not a guest-facing chatbot or unrestricted access for every account.
What you can do

- Prepare supported event or ticket changes as proposals.
- Review and confirm proposed changes before they are applied.
How it works
- A super admin opens the configured AI assistant in Venco.
- Ask a specific question, or describe a supported change to an event or ticket.
- Review the response and confirm a proposed write action only after checking its details.

Availability and requirements
The assistant requires an enabled OpenAI configuration and super-admin access. Supported actions are limited by the platform tools. AI responses need review. MCP access for super admins and a ChatGPT integration are on the roadmap and are not currently offered as released integrations.
Can I manage Venco directly from ChatGPT today?
The current assistant operates inside Venco and uses OpenAI. A separate ChatGPT integration and MCP access are planned. Using OpenAI in the existing assistant does not mean a ChatGPT app is already available.
