OpenAI
The assistant inside Venco uses OpenAI for supported event questions and change proposals. It requires OpenAI configuration and super-admin access. Write actions require review and confirmation.

Stripe, PayPal and Azul
Payment integration paths are present in the platform. Your enabled provider, merchant account, supported currency and checkout configuration determine which methods guests can use. Provider fees and regional eligibility must be confirmed separately.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Wallet passes require the appropriate certificates or issuer credentials and an enabled ticket flow. Confirm availability and test on supported devices before advertising wallet delivery to guests.
Seats.io
Seating integration requires a configured Seats.io account and event seating setup. Seat selection and inventory workflows should be tested for the specific event before ticket sales open.
MCP for super admins
MCP access is on the roadmap. Authentication, permitted tools and access scope will need to be defined before release. This is separate from the current assistant inside Venco.
ChatGPT integration
A ChatGPT integration is planned. It is not currently offered as a released integration. The existing use of OpenAI in Venco does not imply that a ChatGPT app is available.
