Define the offer
Start with the event name, date, location and a description that explains what admission includes. Separate the details that apply to every guest from benefits attached to a specific ticket. Make the event easy to understand before the visitor reaches checkout.
Configure tickets and payments
Prepare each ticket type, price and quantity. Confirm the enabled payment provider, currency and account configuration. Review the final checkout total and decide how fees will be explained to guests; the published offer should match the configured purchase path.
Test the complete purchase path
Use the test process agreed for your deployment to review the event page, ticket selection, payment result and confirmation. Check both mobile and desktop. Make sure the operational team knows how to find the resulting order and ticket; do not assume that publishing the event validates payment setup.
Prepare for the first sale
Assign responsibility for guest questions, order review and check-in preparation. Open the event report with the correct currency and filters so everyone understands the starting point. Recheck the public offer whenever a price, quantity or event detail changes.
