Make the product easy to understand
Prepare a clear name, accurate images and a description of what the buyer receives. For physical products, explain the relevant variations. Confirm the delivery arrangement supported by your implementation.
Confirm stock and pricing
Set the product price and inventory to match what your team can supply. Check variations individually when they have different stock. Review the configured payment flow and the final total before publishing the product.
Decide how orders will be fulfilled
Assign responsibility for preparing orders, handling pickup or shipping and responding to buyers. Confirm the fulfillment options included in your setup; a product listing alone does not establish a shipping or delivery service.
Test and monitor the offer
Run through the agreed test purchase process and check the resulting order. Confirm that the fulfillment team has the information and access it needs. Review stock and buyer questions during the event, then reconcile remaining inventory after sales close.
