A wallet pass can give a guest a familiar place to keep event admission information on a compatible phone. It should complement a clear purchase and confirmation experience, with practical instructions for reaching the ticket on event day.
Confirm the integration setup
Venco includes Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration paths. Their availability depends on credentials, issuer or certificate configuration and the ticket flow enabled for your deployment. Do not promise a wallet button until the configured journey has been tested on supported devices.
Test the entrance experience
Review the information shown on the pass and test it with the event’s admission workflow. Make sure staff know how to help a guest who cannot access a pass. Wallet integration does not by itself guarantee offline check-in, automatic lock-screen display or support for every device.
